Orders and Payments
Once you have placed your order it can take up to 5 working days for us to package and post your item(s) to the address specified on your purchase. We do not accept responsibility for address errors. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and a second email confirming dispatch.
Rowan Rose uses Royal Mail to post all orders. If you have not received a dispatch email from us within 10 working days from point of order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can investigate this for you.
The quality of our products is extremely important to us here at Rowan Rose. However, should your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at email@example.com making sure to include your order number and any evidence of the damage so that we can resolve your issue in a timely manner.
Returns and Refunds
You can return your item(s) within 14 days from when you receive the order. We are not responsible for the return cost and can only process a refund once we are in receipt of the returned parcel. We advise you to keep hold of the return postage receipt as proof. Any refund will be subject to the items being returned in a saleable condition, without any damage to the product or packaging. If the item(s) are damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
If you are not 100% happy with your item(s) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible. If you are wanting to return your item(s) for a refund (for reasons other than damaged goods) the return postage costs are to be covered by yourself. Once we have received your item(s) and tested/investigated the issue, we will contact you to discuss. We are under no obligation to process a refund should we find that there are no issues with the returned item(s).
